Strength + Conditioning Training @ Lift Culture

We're excited to offer Lift Culture, a Strength and Conditioning program designed specifically for our State Performance and Nationals squad swimmers to improve their athletic performance in the pool. This training focuses on building strength, power, and stability, all of which are crucial for swimming success. 

This is a great opportunity for swimmers to complement their in-water training and develop a stronger, more resilient body. Head Coach Ryan will be working closely with the coaches at Lift Culture to ensure the program complements what has been programmed in the pool.

Please note: RSC strictly requires anyone attending these sessions to complete the Lift Culture Sign Up Form and the Lift Culture Waiver prior to starting (no form/waiver - no session).

When:
Every Thursday 4:30-5:30pm 
Where: Lift Culture, Unit 2/15 Sunlight Drive, Port Kennedy
Cost: Maximum $10 per week


To ensure a safe and productive session: 

  • Be on time

  • Bring a water bottle and towel

  • Wear gym appropriate attire (including enclosed footwear)

  • Show respect to your coaches and maintain mature behaviour throughout the session - it's a serious environment where focus is key to prevent injuries
