Please note: The ‘Select Your Sessions’ option is only applicable to the following squads - Green, Bronze, Silver and Stingrays.  Swimmers transitioning to Gold, State Performance and Nationals squads use the 'Select Your Sessions' button to confirm your place in the new squad.
