Our Strategic Plan

- Vision 2028 -

Deep within Rockingham Swimming Club's (RSC) governance lies a well-structured leadership team dedicated to achieving the club's objectives. In February 2023, we championed the development of a new detailed 5-year strategic plan ‘Vision 2028’.

‘Vision 2028’ outlines our future direction and strategies to get there.  These are important tools that will ensure the club's longevity, financial stability, innovation, growth and succession planning.

Reviewing ‘Vision 2028’ annually is essential for adaptability and success. Changing circumstances, member needs, and external factors require constant assessment and adjustment. This annual review will align us with circumstantial goals, and enable us to proactively respond to evolving challenges and opportunities. Click the button below to access our full Strategic Plan.
